The Steven’s were definitely professionals! They had to take apart a 60 year old bed, move it across town, and then set it up at its destination within 15 minutes. Very polite. Will definitely hire again!

These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out.
Could not have asked for nicer or more efficient movers! So great to work with, 100% would hire again (and again)!
Two Great guys! I never expected them to be so friendly! They were very professional and kind, and they definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was put in place properly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! This was my first experience using lug, and I couldn’t be happier.
Steven and Steven were great! They arrived on time and quickly accessed my project, moving an antique hutch up onto its base. The top hutch has dowel supports that it needed to carefully rested into and screw/washer fastened. They were very nice , efficient, and careful with my antique, which I truly appreciated. They were AWESOME getting it all assembled and in place! I highly recommend them and will hire them again. THANKS for All!

They were on time, knew exactly how to handle the task and went beyond to return my elliptical to a store manager so I didn’t have to go to the store. Would highly recommend these 2 and would love to hire them again! 10 stars would be a better rating!

I didn't know what to expect but was worried because I am 76 and no longer able to maneuver any furniture--much less a piece of this size! They were on time (the app was very helpful in keeping me informed), friendly, helpful (set up the TV, fixed two doors that weren't closing, took the giant cardboard pieces and old piece of furniture to the curb) and were absolutely delightful while doing all of this. I would hire them again in a flash! Thank you Ahmad and Ahmad! 😀. PS. I didn't know that tipping was a feature of this app so tipped them when they left.

Great experience! They kept us updated. We had construction going on inside the house so we asked them to leave the items in an outdoor area, which they did. They made sure to keep the items covered so they wouldn't be damaged. These guys were very friendly and professional. If I owned a business, I would hire them without hesitation. Using this company saved us a ton of time. I was a little unsure how this would work... being a first time LUGG user. However, the whole process was seamless!
