We bought a table from someone over the FB marketplace and we weren’t at the place of pickup to help, although the seller was rude and didn’t help, he didnt cancel and did it all by himself embracing the situation. Totally good experience for us and will use Lug for other moving stuff.

There were glitches with the app & confusion about where to pickup; however, he went to different places until he found the right place. I appreciate the follow thru & muscle. My heavy, but fragile items were delivered intact.

Team arrived exactly on time for my pickup. And beat me to my destination! Edgar & Marcelo were strong and capable. I’d had fears how the move would go, since my furniture had so much glass and mirror work. But they knew exactly how to handle and pack everything. The move took less time than I’d expected. And my new furniture looks great in my home now!! Thank you!!

Abdul noticed a price discrepancy during pickup between what I was charged and what was displayed at the store. He went out of his way to contact me about it and get the store to credit me the difference. Thank you!
Jawan was great! We did have a problem with Lugg though…our delivery was supposed to be between 2-3pm and our items did not get delivered until 8pm. On the app, there were 3 different driving teams and when we called the first one around 3pm, the driver claimed to be on their way to IKEA for pickup and then our home. We had to cancel plans because we were relying on the delivery from Lugg. A refund would be appreciated.
Steven and Steven are an asset to LUGG. They show on time and deliver the goods politely and efficiently. . I hope that everytime I need LUGG services via pickup truck that it us Steven and Steven!
Prompt arrival, quick time to pack up my couch (labor time was reasonable), and the app was very accurate with the map to track the van! I was also able to order a same day pickup. Very happy!
Luggers themselves were pleasant, polite, efficient, and careful moving the item. The problem with this experience (first Lugg experience) was it was scheduled for between 8-9pm and the luggers weren't even assigned on the app until after 9pm (so no way to communicate). They were far away and couldn't arrive to pickup location until 10:15pm.
There was a bit of an issue with the pickup address (because I was given an incorrect one) but the crew sorted it out for me in no time. Thanks
Jesus is wonderful! I had a really busy day with work, not only was I late for the pickup, the destination I picked for the dump site was unexpected closed during the time Jesus had visited. Jesus was super accommodating and took care of everything when I wasn't able to repond in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend his service and hope I can book him everytime!
I'm not leaving a tip only because I'm being charged $37.50 for a "pick up fee" but they had already picked up the sofa and brought it to my house and I paid for that job separately. I'm not sure why this job is charging a pickup fee, but it's fine they did a good job. Thank you!

Incredible customer service. They were concerned my second Lug pickup would not be to the warehouse on time for pick up before 5:00 pm so encouraged me to confirm. They also suggested that I did not need a foundation on my platform bed as it would be too high. I agreed and cancelled that part of my order. They were very conscientious and professional. I will use Lug again in the future and recommend to friends.
