Booked Lugg for Virginia pick-up and Maryland delivery of a desk and a chair that had been purchased via online auction. I requested 1:30 pickup, and Migual and Marvin arrived with the Lugg delivery truck just after 2 pm, which was excellent (earlier than I expected given traffic in the DC-metro area). They were super polite and friendly. They were also very patient and careful with moving my items up a flight of stairs to the second floor, especially with the bulky, heavy sleeper chair and the turn in the stairs. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely be willing to use Lugg in the future. - D.
