I tipped both Luggers, Jose Lee and Alexander, in person. Once they arrived at this destination, they were very efficient and fast. If I use Lugg again, I will know the start time begins sometime within the timeframe provided. The text message I received inferred the delivery would happen between 1-2 PM. I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly. It was very difficult to see how to use on my phone. - Tom

Jose and Michael were consummate professionals and the absolute best team we’ve moved with. They moved a Cortens steel planter and large volcanic rock—both incredibly heavy and challenging to move. There were obstacles on the way including Lugg not sending a second team on time leaving them to move things on their own, and challenging terrain to get it to our house, but they demonstrated great teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and positive attitudes. They are our preferred movers and we would work with them in a heartbeat. If the app would let us, we would give them 6+ stars ⭐️ - Andrew
