Brock and Clarissa went above and beyond . The couch didn’t fit into my apartment and they literally helped me disassemble the couch to get it inside and even offered to help put it together. They were amazing I fully would’ve understood if they just left it at the doorway but they didn’t. They were kind effects and on time couldn’t have asked for a better first experience . - Nick

The guys did great. However, sending an 18-foot box truck to my house was a huge cause of delay to have to maneuver on our very narrow street. The van I ordered originally would have been a much better plan. - Stephanie
I needed a heavy dresser moved down a floor and I have (what I think is) a pretty tricky staircase to the basement, with a 90 degree turn and a very cramped landing at the bottom, but Lencol and Robert made it look easy. I also needed an antique cabinet and hutch brought in from my car and set up, which they did within minutes. Definitely an effortlessly smooth experience. - Elizabeth

Needed furniture picked up from a store that didn't deliver to my home. Delivery was quick to schedule, actual move was quick and professional. Truck location is shared with customer which makes coordinating a lot easier. I highly recommend Lugg. - Matt
