Lugg’s website should also collect info from the customer if stairs are involved. I had already provided the dimensions, weight (238 pounds), and photo of the treadmill when I booked the appointment on the website. Other than that, the Lugg Team was great! - Gale

I used this App for the first time today! Amazingly fast!! The two gentlemen were very professional & friendly! This App is very simple & easy to use! I needed a heavy dresser moved down a floor and I have (what I think is) a pretty tricky staircase to the basement, with a 90 degree turn and a very cramped landing at the bottom, but Lencol and Robert made it look easy.
