Great moving experience. They worked quickly and not only knew how to move efficiently, but knew to head to the loading dock in the building rather than the front door

Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

From the moment we meet at the ground floor to the time they got an extremely bulky couch to our FIFTH floor walk up they were friendly and smiling. In addition, they helped calm our anxieties about the entire process and were open and honest about what needed to be done to complete this very complicated task. Cannot recommend this service highly enough and thank you so much, once again to Carlos and Alonso. Literally could not have done this without you.

These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got!

Highly recommend! I needed a sofa moved from NJ to Brooklyn on short notice, and they delivered—literally—within 3 hours of my request. Quick, affordable, and professional. They handled the job efficiently, even carrying it up to the top floor of a walk-up. Excellent service!

Wow! This service could change our lives! Like Lyft for hauling. We bought a recliner chair at West Elm today, and were planning to borrow a truck from someone to bring it home, but Lugg did it for us in under a hour. Mulusew and Terrance were very helpful, and even moved the old chair downstairs for us. Mulusew showed me how to claim my first-time user $10 off code. Great service!

Jerry and Serge were fantastic! They came super prepared with all the moving equipment one might need. They were very strong and able to move heavy items up and down several flights of stairs. Really appreciate their hard work.

Khalid and Raynief came to clear some old wood furniture, umbrella and other stuff from our roof deck. They were great. It started to rain and they kept on, and then it turned out that the junk yard was closed. They found another place which was a relief.

I have booked 3 Luggs - one same-day, after another mover dropped out at the last minute - and every single one has been prompt, friendly, affordable, and extremely professional.
