I had two Lugg movers help me move my daughter from her college apartment to her new living situation as she starts her career in DC. I considered doing it myself but then thought better for quite a few reasons, and thank goodness I flip-flopped! Lugg sent Mike M and William. They were exceedingly professional, incredibly friendly and handled things perfectly. Booked Lugg for Virginia pick-up and Maryland delivery of a desk and a chair that had been purchased via online auction. I requested 1:30 pickup, and Migual and Marvin arrived with the Lugg delivery truck just after 2 pm, which was excellent (earlier than I expected given traffic in the DC-metro area). They were super polite and friendly. They were also very patient and careful with moving my items up a flight of stairs to the second floor, especially with the bulky, heavy sleeper chair and the turn in the stairs. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely be willing to use Lugg in the future. - D.

Thanks for the help and delivering an important item safely. I continue to find the Luggers are professional and expeditious. My only constructive criticism to Lugg is to improve the web based interface. In this case I used Lugg to pick up a bulky item from a store that was in a strip mall. I like that the address auto populates, but there was no way to add additional information such as the suite number amongst the other stores, or the store name, on the initial location. Would also like a way to write additional specific notes on the initial Lugg request. I did utilize the text option, but it’s unclear if that works since I haven’t gotten a response the past two times I’ve used it. Overall great service. And Kendy and Fleven were great. - Howie
