LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Super friendly, expert movers, and incredibly professional. If you need a stress-free, smooth moving experience, these are the guys to call! Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Appreciated their promptness and communication during the pick up and delivery process. I wasn’t able to make it home in time for the delivery so they delivered the piece of furniture in front of my door like I asked. Thank you both so much!

Christian and CJ did an excellent job. I had a very heavy and bulky buffet table and I have a lot of stairs in my home. They were efficient and took their time to make sure the table made it to its place safely. Thank you guys:) 🙏

Very helpful and expert mover. He was able to help with moving our new furniture, and it went very smooth and quickly. All furniture came in one piece and came into the home safely. Will always recommend Rommel and this service.

My first time using Lugg! Rommel was great! Picked up my items on time, and delivered to my home within 30 minutes. Items were carefully wrapped in moving blankets for protection. Received a call when Rommel arrived. Great communication throughout the transaction. Can’t believe it took this long to discover Lugg, will definitely use them again.

Eduardo and Matias communicated excellently upon when they would arrive to the site, and they arrived in a timely manner. They were both professional and kind in how they spoke to us. It was a very nice, all white sofa that needed loading into their truck; they both did it with care and caution. Upon arriving at the sofa's destination, Eduardo and Matias carried the sofa up a long flight of stairs and placed it carefully inside the home. We had a wonderful experience with Eduardo and Matias and would definitely request their services in the future and recommend them and Lugg. Please know, this was a first experience using Lugg, Lugg was recommend to us from a friend -- we told her it was an excellent recommendation and experience. Thank you very much, Eduardo and Matias -- YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Both Jean and Christian were very polite and cautious with bringing my things to my home. Additionally, they went above and beyond and helped my senior neighbor take in his groceries. Well done. 

These guys were amazing! I have a challenging home and a desk that was challenging but they truly went above and beyond. Could not recommend enough!

Raymond & Freddie were so very nice and professional. They made sure my chair was exactly where I wanted it, and took care not to damage it or my home. I had originally contacted another company, and have been waiting for two days for them to deliver my chair. Rescheduled twice. I am so happy that you guys were able to come thru for me. And it was immediate service. Picked up within 20 minutes of my request, and delivered soon after. And it was cheaper than what the other company was going to charge. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs moving assistance. Don’t forget to let Raymond & Freddie know that they were awesome and exceeded my expectations. They also left their moving blanket here. I will keep it here for them to pick up. Thank you very much!

Moving isn't a fever anymore. I've used Lugg 2 times, and each time it was 5*. I don't have to watch them, they managed to to everything perfectly by themselves. Thanks.

We felt bad because the piece of furniture we purchased from Home Goods was much larger and heavier than we expected. Both young men had such a good attitude. They worked very hard for this move!

Very courteous, professional. They moved a huge cabinet to my home from 2 miles away. They did so fast, they stopped the clock as soon as they realized it they couldn’t get it upstairs. No damage to it. I called and booked 4 Lugg guys and they couldn’t get it upstairs.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. No damage to either my home or the furniture delivered. I am so glad Home Goods recommended Lugg I will certainly call again if I’m in need of help. Thank you!!!

These guys are good. Moved into a newly completed home and they were incredibly careful with what they moved, with the walls and doors and making sure I was happy with placement. Would requsr them again.

Renard & Pablo were great. I needed help moving two entertainment centers in my home and they arrived within 20min of requesting a Lugg! They wore masks for COVID which was great and used blankets to protect our hardwood floors and furniture. They were done quickly and efficiently.

Phenomenal in that it helped me accomplish something I thought would be impossible to do. I needed to purchase a large chair in a short timeframe. I knew it would never fit in my car. I knew I would never be able to get it up the steps of my home. The store recommended Lugg. I was able to get a pick up at the store and a delivery to my home all within the space of an hour. I never would have imagined it. The guys were great, accommodating, trustworthy, friendly, and on top of it. The app allowed me to track their progress. It was perfect. Blown away. I hope you expand everywhere.
