Hector and Jose were fantastic! I was having everything taken to Goodwill and when they got there the power was out and the store closed. They worked with me to find the next best alternative for me to donate out things. They were excellent movers, communicators and problem solvers! They made a tough day much easier.

The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Eder and Samuel are the very best movers!!! They were super careful with my furniture, wrapped everything well. They moved super quickly and were so nice! I would recommend them to everyone!

They were early and expertly did the following: (1) took doors off refrigerator doors so it could fit through door way (2) cleaned and wrapped up all the items ( frig & stove) in moving blankets, then movers saran wrap

I believe one of these movers stole my new MacBook. I had it on my kitchen table and then when I left my house and came back it was gone. It was signed in 13 minutes ago and I do not have it.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Movers were great. Truck was a little too small to everything but that’s my fault for not giving better dimensions. They were lots of help on pickup and delivery.

Tomas and Eli were star movers. I moved from a third floor apartment to a fourth floor apartment and they took all the stairs like champions. They were communicative, helpful, kind, and very efficient. They even offered to help me re-build some furniture. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Angel and Mauro were great movers overall! They were very considerate, thoughtful in how they executed the move and good at communicating.

Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!
