Angel and Julian are the best! They were able to make it here quickly and get to work right away. They were extremely professional and do an amazing job. They were so exceptionally great at doing a very tricky job with ease and experience. I will use your services often, as long as I can get Angel and Julian to come back out to help... they are the very best! They are very friendly and personable gentlemen and were so incredibly kind to me! I am handicapped due to having M.S. and am in constant pain & suffer from painful joint dysplasia. The guys noticed that I was in pain and were so kind to be, making sure to check in to see if I was alright! I really appreciate everything they did for me today and will be sure to use your services again and again! Literally wish I would have went with Jason first, I set up what I thought would be a simple move and found a “moving company” outside of the Lugg app immediately once the 2 guys came in I realized they were trying to intentionally move slower in order to increase the rate. I had just learned about Lugg from Mattress Firm sales guy, so decided to take a shot and get my on 3rd person to help. Jason arrived in 20 minutes and without even being asked jumped right in and started helping, he immediately BY HIMSELF started to outpace and outwork the other 2 guys and once they realized they couldn’t intentionally slow things down because Jason was helping at the actual expected pace they picked things up. Thankfully because of Jason I was able to get the move fully completed in the original 4 hours versus the 6.5 they were trying to quote me! Would definitely recommend Jason to anyone! Never heard of them before but I needed to move a really heavy quail brooder from my old to new house when I got married and they did an amazing job! Got it put in clean in place and now I’m ready to start brooding more baby chics! - Michael
I was a little skeptical at first, I'll admit-- the whole "Uber of moving" thing sounded gimmicky and had me worried about insurance and protection if anything were to go wrong. But I looked into it and saw that they do offer payments for any damages, and the quote was about half of the other place I'd checked out. I needed them to move a 400 pound arcade cabinet, a 220-ish pound old school CRT TV, a tall glass display case (all heavy, fragile, expensive collector items) and the rest of my furniture in addition to these atypical, oversized items, up a small flight of steps. I had to order an extra crew of 2 more Luggers to help with the oversize items, but they only had to be on the clock for that short time. All the guys were super friendly, chill, and very professional. They moved everything efficiently, safely, and the whole process really put me at ease. Left a good tip and you should too! - Jordan

Your gentlemen greeted me with handshakes and smiles after pinch-hitting for a different Lugg driver who was delayed. They were caring and very efficient—prepared to wrap the bookcase (unnecessary) and equipped with quilts (necessary). If this tip seems small, it’s because I also tipped them in cash. They’re keepers!
