Argeney and Victor were top notch movers. They have a kind and honest vibe before they even speak. They moved my mattress with incredible ease and care. I would absolutely want them to help me with any of my moving needs going forward. - Chris

Cristobal and Loloyon were absolutely incredible today. They were able to help with the move very efficiently and were INCREDIBLY patient and understanding when there was a miscommunication with access to my new apartment, they waited for over an hour with me and helped me to find a solution to get into the unit, even going so far to download my rental app to reach out to the support team when my phone would not connect! Thank you both so much so so much for all your kindness today!!! - Colleen

Smooth experience. Carl and Sochima know what they are doing and efficient with their work. I like how they move in big batch and delegate work between the two. The cost doesn’t include the driving time which is absolutely amazing for Boston traffic. - YuLong

I am so thrilled with how this whole process went. They were incredible progressional and friendly. I would recommend them to any of my friends (and I did!). Feel very grateful. - casey

Erick picked up items for me in Boston and delivered them to the hospital my nephew is in. We live in South Carolina and so couldn’t do this ourselves. He made sure to write my nephew’s name and room number on the birthday gifts. He went above and beyond. Was very kind and thoughtful. - Liz

Amazing people! Super nice and truly cared to get the job done well. Calvin and Carl are very knowledgeable movers who used every moment wisely. They are not the type of movers that waste time in an attempt to get paid for additional time. They showed up on time and had smiles on their faces even during a very difficult move of a very large and very heavy and very fragile mirror. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again myself. - Alexandra

They did a nice job. Very communicative, respectful and efficient. Would have loved if they had wrapped the couch frame prior to moving it, but I did not ask or request this in advance so that is likely on me. - Julia

David + Ken were awesome. They moved a massive and heavy bureau for me from a 3rd floor walk-up with narrow hallways. It was a beast of a moving job and they were kind, efficient and went above + beyond - even helping me put the finicky drawers back in place in its new home. Very impressed! - Natalie

Movers were super fast and efficient. Moving stuff up one flight of stairs were done in 20 minutes at half the price of other moving services in boston. - customer

How did you arrive at 317 minutes. That’s over 5 hrs . This is way too expensive just for one piece of furniture. No way did it take this long.I’m being serious charged. - Bruce

The movers were great and did the most they could out of the situation. However, the small moving van I had ordered never came and instead a 24ft giant moving truck came which significantly delayed the whole process as it did not fit in the original location, parking, or loading/unloading areas. - Julia

Frequent lugg'r here from San Francisco that recently tried them in the Boston area, and I couldn't be more pleased. Same great scheduling, tracking, moving and delivery. Team was great! - Alicia

Used them to move a table across the greater Boston area when we were buying one second hand. Very professional and good rate. - Joshua

They were great. Both kind & caring about making sure everything was in the correct place. Also they understood the move was difficult for me as my husband passed away & they were so respectful to all the items. I will recommend Lugg to anyone I know that needs the help. - JEANNIE

I think there was a mistake/ confusion in the unloading time. It looks like it started before arrival, even the first attempt. But can substitute it with a tip! - Brenna

Great service! Our Luggers Ken and Calvin were timely, friendly, and very efficient, despite having to deal with our fourth floor walk up unit. Without having a car in Boston this was well worth the cost to help me move items. Will definitely use again! - Savannah

I tipped in cash. They did a really good job getting things loaded, unloaded, and carried up four flights of stairs quickly and with great enthusiasm. I enjoyed hearing about their adventures in local and cross-country moves. - Charles
