Javier was great. Lugg app was terrible though. I booked 2-3 time frame and Javier wasn’t assigned until closer to 3 and was coming from the south bay. I booked this for disposal at the dump which closes at 4:30pm. Javier arrived close to 4pm which is cutting it way close than necessary.
They were super nice. Reminded me that Recology does not take pressure treated wood sent me the receipt from Recology as requested and also reminded me of the schedule for dangerous substances disposal.
They were great!! Had a remote junk disposal job with them. They sent photos and clarified the items before loading and bringing anything to the dump. They were patient and communicative through and through. Would recommend to anyone!

Franklin and Roland knew of a different place to dispose of the old furniture and rerouted the destination. Everything went so smoothly thanks to them!!

The team went above and beyond these guys are fantastic. The idea of regular moving is now antiquated with Lugg. We didn’t have to wait in line at living Spaces to pick up her things we just uploaded the invoices. Benjamin and Jose took care of the rest saved us an entire half day of wasted time. They were so efficient and were able to bring much of the furniture we had upstairs as we desired. Again this is a different business model old junky moving vans andOld style movers are a thing of the past now with Lugg.

Ibrahim was great. Efficient and patient when there was a hiccup at the drop off. It’s not Ibrahim’s fault, but lugg needs a better system for junk hauls. I’m unfamiliar with where to dump trash so I sent Ibrahim to the wrong spot. That caused the job to be much more expensive than anticipated. There should be suggested locations and times for junk hauls to avoid this.
So fast and efficient, while also checking in to be sure they moved the right things to the right places (trash, donate, keep piles). Absolutely wonderful experience, wouldn’t hesitate to hire these guys again and definitely recommend them!!!! Feels so great to have cleaned out this junked up space too :)
