When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone
Both Robb and Archer helped bring my cabinet from Anthropologie store to my apartment in 2nd floor. They were professional and found my apartment without any issues. Thank you for your help.

As soon as we put in our request for delivery Manuel and Gabriel showed up to the furniture store and delivered our couch PLUS set it up all within an hours time. Excellent communication and quick delivery. We got home from the store and he was already in route to the house with our items we bought not even an hour before.
They were very friendly also very helpful and patient. They explained the process and rate of charge to me fully. Even though we had some trouble at the store, they did not complain and were willing to help
Michael and Brandon came through again with a timely, efficient help to pick up and deliver a lifting recliner from the medical equipment store, to my dad's assisted living home. They were ready to get a covid test if needed, to comply with the home's rules, but lucky we were able to avoid that in the end.
Richard was prompt with his delivery. He called to let me know when he was leaving the store. Even though this was 7th delivery today, he quickly unloaded and got our couch where it needed to be. He had a mask on and social distanced as much as possible. He was very nice and professional.
Fantastic service, for just a few extra bucks I was able to get my purchase today instead of 3 or 4 days through the store’s delivery service. Was in my home and set up within 2 hours of buying and I didn’t have to lift a thing.

Austin and Christopher were not only on time and efficient, there was constant communication from the time they picked up my furniture at the store, to the time they delivered it to my home. They also offered to unwrap it for me, and were very friendly and quick.

I purchased a floor model adjustable bed from a department store. I was a little hesitant to try Lugg but was absolutely blown away by how professional, quick, and efficient my guys were! I was paranoid about pick up/delivery - I ended up using the app and calling them to ask questions. All my questions were answered and I gotta say, the whole turn around time for me buying the adjustable bed and it being setup was about 2 hrs! Great service! 10/10 will recommend to others!

On time & professional. Great communication. Was able to fit everything (8ft table and 4 dining chairs) into their pick up truck. Handled delivery with care. Will be using Lugg again such a convenient service (Lugg was more cost effective then getting items delivered to my door!)
