The tracking of the delivery was very helpful. The patio chairs and table were relatively light.....but a bit bulky. Because we live in a Condo with crazy rules for deliveries and non resident entries, we met the delivery at the front door with luggage carts so they wouldn't be burdened with coming inside. They loaded the items onto the carts and we brought them inside and up the elevator. It worked out fine. - Paul

They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment.
