Will and Kevin were fantastic. They started out instantly going above and beyond by successfully backing our moving truck up our very steep driveway - they did not have to do this for us and we were so grateful! They unloaded all of our fragile and heavy items with care and ease, handling a small box truck in 30 minutes flat. They even reversed the moving truck back down our driveway for us as well. They were incredibly friendly and made moving, which is usually very stressful, easy. Thank you, Will and Kevin!
I am amazed at the level of ease to which I was able to schedule a pickup and delivery with a less than 7 hour turnaround. The process was seamless and the updates were awesome. The gentleman who delivered my item were top tier professionals. Lugg will be my new go-to company for deliveries. I tried to rate the service 5 star but there seems to be a glitch in the system with the star ratings. They definitely were 5 star.
Friendly, efficient and even though they were given the wrong address got in touch with us and got our chair delivered accurately and on time. Loved your service and we'll surely use it again. Thanks!

I just want to know why I was charged an extra $19.77 over the $126.77 . The guys arrived at the house at 3:06 after going to the wrong house. It took them 35 minutes to load the heavy piece of furniture of which 10 minutes was deciding how to position the truck in the driveway. The drive to the other house was 15 to 20 minutes and it took 10 to 15 minutes to unload the piece into the garage. Everything took right under an hour and I commended the guys. But I was told travel time was not going to be included in the price. However? Pablo Daniel and Irvin were Great and I will use them again and refer them to friends.
The expected time was 5-6. I am well aware of Friday traffic. They delivered my chair in less than 5 minutes. In and out. Why is the price different than what I was quoted at the store??

I was so impressed with these luggers and the service. We've already told other people about it. They were very communicative, and went above and beyond to help us get our mattress exactly where it needed to be in the house. Thank you!!
these guys help turn a negative situation into a positive situation. They got the mattress from the warehouse despite the delays they gave me constant updates. They arrived not only timely but quickly and then when they got here, I advised we had to go out five flights and they said no problem and then even took down the recycling five flights back down I can't explain how well these guys performed. Give them the credit that they deserve. I really appreciate this again. this is the number one highlight of my day to get this delivered so effectively.
