They were wonderful! I’ve used other on-demand moving services and the movers were not as professional as these two. Exceeded my expectations, and so friendly! Plus they were so fast to arrive.
Helped me move everything and even more from one storage unit to another! We’re very generous with adding a few more items on and even offered. Super swift move. Same day turnaround. Would use again in a heartbeat. 10/10 service.
My feedback doesn’t have to do with the two actual movers who were lovely, but with the company, which is an absolute wreck! Will absolutely not be using again. For piece of mind and to save my own time, I chose to use lugg to transport one piece of furniture that I was purchasing from someone. Of course they didn’t even let me know until after my pickup window expired, through an automated text that it will be over an over before my item will even be picked up. The seller of my item left… meanwhile there’s no number to call! I spend over an hour trying to “chat” with “support” which took forever because there were severe gaps of time waiting for each response, just to further give me no helpful information. I begged the seller to come back and gave another time frame to lugg… (same day) AGAIN the same thing happened… after the time ran out, only then was I texted that it will be again over an hour before anyone will come to pick it up… again… nothing from a real person and I once again had to go through the dreaded chat. Terrible terrible terrible service. In the end I wasted way more time and money and got no peace of mind whatsoever!!!! It’s a shame because you’re doing your own workers a disservice. The movers were lovely.
1) Constant communication 2) When they accidentally delivered the wrong item, they very kindly HELPED me deal with the IKEA representative on the phone to report the issue and, 3) they found my correct item and delivered it to me SAME DAY, within 2 or three hours! Wow! I was blown away ! Very nice gentlemen, both of them!
Friendly guys were super efficient moving a heavy dresser. I booked same day and it could not have been easier. Will definitely consider using Lugg again when needed. Thank you!!
Amazing customer service. Ikea messed up our order & instead of leaving the wrong boxes here they waiting until we got in touch with ikea - drove back to nj to pickup and redeliver same day. Would highly recommend !

Although IKEA straight sent me somebody else’s delivery items - I ordered a narrow cabinet and these guys were about to pull a whole boxed mattress into my home - it wasn’t their fault - the were courteous, communicative, prompt, helpful in correcting the issue and handled themselves very professionally. They were great! They helped me to get my delivery still on the same day and brought it to me.
John and Neal were so quick and communicative! I had a heavy box to lift and they were able to solve my problem the same day. Thank you for your help and excellent service!
Ricky and Xavier were prompt, professional, and friendly. Updates were timely and same day pick up and same day delivery was as scheduled. No more 6 hour window where I twiddle my thumbs and wait.. Care was given with items and boxes were placed neatly against wall in room where desired. First timer using Lugg and super impressed with service. First time moving out of an apartment and the other company canceled last minute. These two were incredibly helpful and kind, and made the whole experience so much easier. They made sure that I was happy with how everything was arranged, and even gave good advice on placement. 10/10 stars!!!

I booked someone to move a couch and Nathaniel and Noel arrived a few hours later, right on time and weee so helpful and professional. I’m glad to know this is available, esp last minute on a weekend, and the service could not be better!
Lugg is amazing! I booked last minute because I needed a freezer moved urgently before a power outage and the pickup was totally seamless. The luggers were on time, professional and moved quickly. I will definitely be using Lugg!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Vaughn and Edwin from Lugg! I needed a dresser moved last minute up two flights of stairs, and these guys were lifesavers. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and super careful with my furniture. They tackled those stairs with no problem and had the dresser in place in no time. I really appreciate their quick response and how smoothly everything went. If you need reliable and strong movers, Vaughn and Edwin are your go-to team. Highly recommend!
