Wallace & Adam were great. They were knowledgeable in what could go to the junkyard, stay for City of Santa Monica Bulky Pickup and donated to The Salvation Army. They quickly and efficiently helped me disassemble my shower caddy to pack into a moving box, clear/haul away donations in the garage and haul bulky pickup items to the alley pickup area. Extra points for clearing the garage of garbage. Than you both so much while I was panicking about not getting everything out in time. I appreciate so much service arrival within the hour.
Brandon and Gavin from Lugg were fantastic. They picked up a couch and a mirror from my place and delivered them for donation, and the whole process was seamless. They were right on time, super professional, and handled everything with care. What could have been a stressful move was incredibly easy thanks to them. Fred and Conor were amazing. I was trying to donate some furniture that I needed to get rid of ASAP and they helped me out tremendously by identifying another donation location when the local goodwills weren’t accepting furniture. They were fast, efficient, communicative and professional.
These guys made getting rid of stuff during a move MUCH less stressful than it could have been. They shared their knowledge about local donation centers so I could make sure everything was accepted (and avoid paying for several boxes to be hauled out to junk/the dump); it turns out my stuff would have definitely been turned away at the two closest goodwills, so I was really grateful for their friendliness and expertise.
super quick and helpful!! didn’t have to give any direction really, just showed them how to get up and down in the building and they took it from there! also kindly placed things exactly where I wanted and loaded things into my car for me to take to donation. Well worth the money!!!
Oscar and Maël were punctual, pleasant, focused and determined. Just the right balance of chatting and hauling. They expertly navigated getting a large couch out of a small space. Mateo and Anthony were all stars. Best movers I’ve had. Very friendly, very expeditious, careful with the furniture and TRULY went above and beyond. I had coordinated to have my couches dropped off at a donation center, which was all scheduled and approved. When they got there, the donation center said they couldn’t accept the furniture as it was damaged. Mateo called me and offered to take it to a dumping facility if I didn’t want it back (they’re technically supposed to bring it back). They found a local facility and took it there for me. They really made the experience so convenient and easy when things didn’t go to plan. 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Both Cody and Mauricio were personable and professional in handling everything I requested - taking apart a full bed frame, lugging all this stuff down for donation and for bulky item pick up (including a mattress, a futon, a desk, etc). Our new place had two flights of stairs and they navigated that with humor and a super good attitude. Thank you so much!
Going above and beyond by calling directly for eta update and even to let me know hm that the donation center I chose was not accepting the bed frames I was planning to donate and then had even called multiple other centers to find one that would accept my items!
Angel and Carlos were on time and in communication. They called my cell to make sure they parked in the right spot. They were friendly and very efficient. When the dining table could not fit out the door (it's so large) they easily disassembled the legs and moved it out OK. Also, one of them has been to the donation drop-off location before so I was even more confident it was going to delivered to accordingly. I'm glad I found this service and will use it again.

Luis and Kevin are awesome movers! They moved my 94 inch couch skilfully from my second floor apt around tight corners at the stairs, overcoming great difficulty. They moved the rest of normal furniture efficiently and professionally. As I instructed to have the whole load donate to Salvation Army, they advised me from experience what might not be accepted at the donation Center hence saving me trouble. When the donation Center declined some larger appliances, they helped contact another location and helped me donate there. They were very friendly, communicative and followed instructions. Highly recommend!
