They did such a professional job even tho the app stopped working before the pick up. They called me and got the address for the delivery . They were considerate of items and my home using blankets etc
I actually tipped Jeremy & Henry in Cash. I did not know there was a follow up survey where I could have added a tip as I have never used Lugg before. Both Jeremy & Henry are Amazing and did a fantastic job moving my sofa from the Home Goods store to my home. Love Lugg! 👍

Kevin and Khalil were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations with our move. They managed to get our furniture through a small doorway, into our tight apartment, and up a narrow staircase with no problems at all. They were extremely polite, professional, and careful with everything. They even helped my husband move an extra chair into our home without hesitation. I can’t recommend them highly enough — they made what could have been a stressful move quick and easy. Thank you, Kevin and Khalil!
My first time using Lugg! Rommel was great! Picked up my items on time, and delivered to my home within 30 minutes. Items were carefully wrapped in moving blankets for protection. Received a call when Rommel arrived. Great communication throughout the transaction. Can’t believe it took this long to discover Lugg, will definitely use them again.

Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. Raymond & Freddie were so very nice and professional. They made sure my chair was exactly where I wanted it, and took care not to damage it or my home. I had originally contacted another company, and have been waiting for two days for them to deliver my chair. Rescheduled twice. I am so happy that you guys were able to come thru for me. And it was immediate service. Picked up within 20 minutes of my request, and delivered soon after. And it was cheaper than what the other company was going to charge. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs moving assistance. Don’t forget to let Raymond & Freddie know that they were awesome and exceeded my expectations. They also left their moving blanket here. I will keep it here for them to pick up. Thank you very much!

It was a very nice, all white sofa that needed loading into their truck; they both did it with care and caution. Upon arriving at the sofa's destination, Eduardo and Matias carried the sofa up a long flight of stairs and placed it carefully inside the home. We had a wonderful experience with Eduardo and Matias and would definitely request their services in the future and recommend them and Lugg. Renard & Pablo were great. I needed help moving two entertainment centers in my home and they arrived within 20min of requesting a Lugg! They wore masks for COVID which was great and used blankets to protect our hardwood floors and furniture. They were done quickly and efficiently.
