They were strong. They worked every minute they were there. They didn’t complain about anything. They were very patient and kind to me, a senior citizen. They didn’t mind waiting for us at the storage center and were friendly to me and my husband. I would be happy to have them move me again when I need to.
Jerome & Michael were fantastic. They communicated clearly, eye incredibly professional and went above & beyond to ensure I the entire process was transparent and well explained. I had 2 Luggs arriving simultaneously to a remote location and they helped facilitate communications that were confusing because of the masked phone numbers. All went smoothly and I'd definitely use Jerome & Michael again. Day like the other Lugg, Erik, professional & friendly throughout a long day.
Awesome crew! Both had great attitude, and were meticulous in delivering items inside the house. Several items were long and heavy but they carried them upstairs to the second floor without any hassle. Also, they called in advance to verify the number of items because of an apparent discrepancy with the purchase receipt and patiently discussed with the customer until the confusion was resolved. Highly recommend!
These guys were absolute machines! They arrived right on time and got straight to work. I was genuinely impressed (and a little worried for their safety!) by how fast they moved. They navigated a heavy sleeper sofa around a tight L-shaped corner in record time, then zipped through several smaller items without missing a beat. Incredibly efficient—highly recommend! They were also nice & friendly.
Michael and Emmanuel seriously went above and beyond. They both introduced themselves, advised on the setup, and went out of their way to deliver my HEAVY stainless steel table up to my condo. I’ve never had such incredible, thorough, and friendly customer service from movers. Felt more like friends delivering my table. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
Both gentlemen were terrific. Not only did they move the item but were sensitive to the woman giving up the item due to recent loss. Much appreciated!

this man that came to my house today was amazing. I initially hired somebody to help me move my peloton bike, which is very heavy by the way downstairs into my basement from my living room and when he showed up, he was on time he was courteous. He was polite. He was a professional, and he assess the situation and he did the whole thing by himself. I was completely blown away. I tried to help, but he said that he had it and that it was no problem. I really wanna leave him a tip. I should've given him cash before he left, but I didn't and you know I'm having a real hard time putting the tip on the on the app and I just wanted to know that I'm not gonna stop until I find a way to send this man some kind of tip. Thank you.

Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!
It was a nasty day to move anything. These guys showed up as promised and with big smiles the whole time. It was a very positive experience.
Attiqullah and Elliott arrived on time and worked Very efficiently. They were very careful with all of the heavy furniture, shelves, filing cabinets and boxes. They took care to cover floors and did not damage any walls. Since the job was to move items from the basement into the garage as well as rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor, they took direction attentively and followed through. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They had to take a few items apart because they were too big, bulky or heavy. They patiently and carefully put them all back together.

First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
Kendy and Roland did an amazing job! They’re the best movers Lugg has to offer in DC. They got my chair to me and up multiple stairs with no issues or complications. Would recommend them for any job with Lugg!!
