Got the box in their truck at Costco, followed us to the facility, wheeled it in and up to her room, got it in place and disposed of the box all while warmly greeting residents and staff at the facility including my bedridden Mom. Ruben and Harold did such a great job first for my mom and then my mom's friend! If you ever use Lugg for their services and you get these two guys, I think you'll have a great experience too! On a side note having nothing to do with Ruben and Harold, using Lugg for a second delivery that same day, Lugg added 50% more in fees.
