We highly recommend Jeremy and Henry. Very professional. They went out of their way to make sure our sectional was properly connected. Carefully removed the packaging. Great attitude. Will hire again when needed.

Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. No damage to either my home or the furniture delivered. I am so glad Home Goods recommended Lugg I will certainly call again if I’m in need of help. Thank you!!!

Set up and communication. Only issue is they are not allowed to remove or take back packaging used to transport bed frames and mattresses.

Caike and Apolo were amazing. They went above and beyond to move our new sectional couch upstairs, including through a tight door and a stairway with a turn. They removed the feet, and were positive and helpful throughout. What a great experience!

Any other movers would of thrown in the towel. They were absolutely amazing and got our impossible desk in our office

Shawn and Jonathan were awesome. We bought a recliner to put in my mother’s room at the retirement village and it wouldn’t fit in the back of my SUV. We needed to coordinate around the meal schedule for the residents and not impede the movement of wheelchairs in and out of the elevator and hallways. Shawn and Jonathan jumped right to it. Got the box in their truck at Costco, followed us to the facility, wheeled it in and up to her room, got it in place and disposed of the box all while warmly greeting residents and staff at the facility including my bedridden Mom. Thank you for making this not only a painless process but pleasant as well.

Incredibly impressed. Two friendly young gentleman who are great at what they do. Went through a local moving company prior and got two slow/out of shape/grouchy 55 year old men that charged for extra time and cost me 650. This wasn’t quite as extensive of a job but it cost 1/6, was done much more efficiently, with much more pleasant of people.

They were great! Amazing! Stellar! They were so quick and efficient, amazing communication and team work. They came early and were so nice when I was running 10 mins after. I really appreciate how kind, and gentle they were to me, my old place, my new place, and my belongings. They were in and out and I couldn’t say anything but great things about them.

Ruben and Harold did such a great job first for my mom and then my mom's friend! If you ever use Lugg for their services and you get these two guys, I think you'll have a great experience too! On a side note having nothing to do with Ruben and Harold, using Lugg for a second delivery that same day, Lugg added 50% more in fees. They charge an additional $2.02 per minute ($121.20 p/hr) on top of the flat rate quoted on the app. They only give an email as a means to contact customer support which adds to the negative customer experience.

They were great! Folded up the bed stand & put it back together for me to put the mattress on it. They arrived right on time too. Very nice & helpful! 😀
