Very kind, and thoughtful. Looked for and removed tripping hazards as they moved furniture. Couldn’t have asked for better and more respectful drivers
Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.
Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️

I wasn't there but both the pick up and delivery went really well, reported from both sides. Seems kind of high for pickup labor -- one hour for a table and 10 chairs? -- though I know they wrapped them. But maybe that's a lot of time. However, I heard they were very thorough and careful. The price here is a bit more than I expected, plus we tipped, but I guess it was worth it because you had the COI. Thanks to both of the movers.

These guys went above and beyond after the pickup location forgot the screws to the bed that was being delivered to me, they went back to get them after already being on their way to drop it off to me. You can’t find great service anymore and theirs was exceptional! Thanks again guys I really appreciate it.

This was my first time using this service and Luquan and Paul were great! I can't believe how quickly I got my furniture. I bought it a couple of hours ago and it's now at my house and they took great care setting it up to avoid damage. I will definitely use the service again!

They were a little apprehensive once they seen the mattress. However my son and I assisted which was the plan. Good hard working team without any complaints just got it done..I didn't tip on the site however did tip them in person.
The guys were friendly and punctual. They were super helpful with getting the item into the house even in the snow. Loved how the app kept us updated on arrivals and departures. Will def use Lugg again!
