The duo sent was amazing however the company over charged 4x the amount quoted and then I had to wait for the refund because there are no live agents. First time using lugg. Loved the movers they were extremely kind but if a company doesn’t have customer service line to call I’m not sure if I’ll use lugg again.

These two movers were some of the most excellent movers that I have ever experienced. I have moved from the southeastern part of the United States up to the Midwest, back down through Florida now here to Texas and I would recommend these over some of the more higher priced movers at any point. Very professional and extremely accommodating. If you are looking for some movers that get it done efficiently, timely and most importantly - with care - these are your guys. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Calvin & Patrick took over for another mover who was a no show. They did a great job once they showed up. I was waiting for almost 2 hours for the previously contracted movers who ended up canceling.
Darion and Deondre were incredible! From start to finish, they made the moving process smooth and stress-free. They found my apartment quickly and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Communication with both of them was easy—they were responsive, polite, and very professional throughout the entire move. They handled all of my large items, including a twin bed, mattress, 55-inch TV, TV stand, desk, and sofa, with great care. They were also super efficient with space in the truck and managed to load everything in a way that was both secure and well-organized. On top of that, they helped me break down the bed frame, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. I was especially impressed by how fast they worked without cutting any corners. They clearly knew what they were doing and worked together seamlessly. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly movers, I highly recommend Darion and Deondre. They made what could’ve been a stressful day feel easy!

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

They were laser-focused on getting our couch to its destination safely and efficiently, and they didn't waste a single second. They handled our furniture with the utmost care, and I could tell that they really knew what they were doing. The movers were wonderful and did a great job. My only complaint is I submitted what was to be moved and the truck sent could not hold a queen mattress.
The movers were great. But the update service is horrible they arrived 2 hours late and with no prior notification they were being held up.
They worked good. They didn’t put anything between the dolly and my furniture which caused some scars. Nothing I can’t fix, but with minimal effort they could have prevented it. Other than that they were fine.
