Jovany was very very knowledgeable on how to move appliances and even hook them up for me as a favor. These two are experts and should be respected. These guys were amazing! Helped me unload a 26’ truck in less than an hour. This is the cond time this week I’ve used them and it’s been a huge help. My family and I are making 180 mile move and I didnt have anyone to help unload two U-Haul trucks. I was stressing! They helped take huge weight off my shoulders!
These guys were amazing! Helped me unload my entire house from my U-Haul and in storage in about 45 minutes. That’s three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and outdoor as well as garage items. They helped me knock it out so quickly!
Eliezer and Zackary were absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly, professional and fun. I was very stressed about getting everything to fit in my U-Haul and they made it seem so easy. We’re extremely careful with anything fragile. You 10/10 ask for these two again! Thank you so much!!
Every aspect was great: fast, cautious, and got the job done. What great app idea!! I bought a new sectional at living spaces and delivery wasn’t available, so before lugs I would’ve had to rent a U-Haul and try to find someone that can help me. That would’ve taken all day and the price of the rental for U-Haul and gas would’ve been almost the price of lugs. Great concept thank goodness for this platform.
I was super nervous that I rented a too small a U-haul (15') for my 2bedroom apartment. Jako and Jeremiah are so good at loading all my stuff into the U-haul! I was so relieved that I don't have to rent a second U-haul. They are the best movers I had encountered (I have moved many times in my life).
Gabriel and Martin were great. They really tetris'd the heck out of our U-Haul. They were also very considerate of our furniture and how it was handled. Thank you guys again SO much!
Ayan and Angel were amazing! They arrived on time, started working immediately, they were friendly and professional, and they worked well together. I needed help moving my stuff out of a 15ft U-Haul truck and into a 10×15 storage unit. Ayan and Angel unloaded the truck so quickly, and filled the storage unit unit perfectly. They were so helpful. Both Jerome and Mateus were my superheroes today. I needed same day help with packing and loading things onto a U-Haul truck. Super simple online process to schedule Lugg. Jerome and Mateus were on time, got to work right away, kept a fast pace, took direction easily and accurately. They were really awesome at loading the truck too. Good guys with great work ethic. They were very professional and very quick I was moved out of the old place in maybe 20 minutes and moved into the new place in maybe 30 minutes if you're thinking about using U-Haul don't, get the Lugg app and use them instead it will save you a headache and a lot of trouble.
Keith and Marcel did excellent job. Moving a heavy furniture on a hot weather like this and still manage to smile and maintain good attitude is beyond my expectations. They protected my armoire the best they can. I will recommend Lugg to friends. Much cheaper than renting U haul.

Darwin and Curtis were incredible and made my move SO straightforward. They packed the Uhaul artfully and efficiently and made fantastic use of the space. I was absolutely blown away by how professional and friendly they were and would 100% recommend this team to anyone in the area.

They listened to where I wanted to place my things and were careful with my items. Ramon also helped guide me how to park my Uhaul cargo van I had previously rented. I re-injured my back prior to hiring them trying to move things on my own, so they definitely saved my move. Wish I would have known about them prior to moving as I would have ended up saving money after all. Will def hire them again in a heartbeat!
We booked them last minute to help us move a mattress. They came super quickly, both really friendly and ended up helping us move everything in. Everything was moved from my uhaul to my apartment in about 30 minutes. Saved us so much time and I’m incredibly grateful :)
