Theses two guys were polite professional and got the job done (which was starting to look impossible.) I was really concerned when I got home and started thinking about if it would fit through the doors and up the stairs. They were as careful as could be but one corner of the couch got a little bit dirty BUT I don’t hold them responsible because I was expecting much worse and I was able to get it cleaned up. I tried making things as easy as possible for them by taking the doors off and I had to remove the light fixture at the top of the stairs in order for it to fit through the doorway to the apartment. I gave them both a cash tip and sent them on their merry way!
Very professional on time remove packing materials protecting furniture from damage. Overall, excellent service will use again and refer to friends and family.
Made sure to set up both pieces of furniture and move them around to where we wanted them! Also offered to remove shoes at the door. Very polite.
They were courteous, in time, and placed the items as requested, unwrapped them, and removed the waste.

What a great experience. I needed to mive an exercise bike from my gym (they moved and they were giving me this older bike) to my house. It was a small job and done on a short timeline. Lugg.com was able to do thus, was easy to schedule, and were prompt and nice to work with. I will use their services again when needed.
My Luggers were able to work with a tricky street paving situation, nimbly communicating with me and each other to get to the pick up spot they handled the item to be moved with care and got it into the house with no problem at all. I will continue to use Lugg— it is the only way to get your Facebook marketplace furniture purchases into your house, unless you’ve got two strong guys in your household!
Many thanks to Roberto and Ricardo. They are skillful movers and cheerful, too. Pickup went smoothly. Dropoff at Goodwill hit a snag, but was resolved with help from Roberto and Ricardo. (At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.
First time user of lugg. These gentleman were lifesavers. I tried to move a couch through a tight hallway with my uncle-in-law. We were getting nowhere so I put the couch in storage. Found Lugg while I was browsing the internet looking for solutions. The guys showed up in about 45 mins, told me they had it covered. In roughly 20 mins. Clifton and Julian quickly and efficiently moved my mattress from a second floor bedroom. When they arrived at the drop off destination and were told that mattresses were accepted (it was my fault for knowing to check beforehand), they tried to find an alternate solution and they even provided other locations in the area. It wasn’t really an easy day and they ended up having to come all the way back to the original pick up location to unload the mattress again. I appreciated all their hard work!

They were very friendly to the older couple I was buying the cabinet from and so cautious not to damage anything! I have concerns as my off white couch arrived with 3 stains. Also, I needed to ask them not to walk on my new off white rug. I asked them about covering the couch especially due to the rain and was told Lugg doesn’t cover anything!! That sounds ridiculous! They were polite and arrived on time but the stains are unacceptable! I would appreciate hearing back from someone in charge! Thank you.
These guys were awesome. I got a heavy electric fireplace stuck halfway up my stairs. These guys got it into my dining room, easy peasy. While they were working, my 5-year-old autistic daughter was all in their space, trying to give hugs, trying to help, and asking 100 questions. They responded with patience. They were friendly and were simply wonderful. If that wasn't enough, they asked my son if he needed help figuring out how to work it and offered to get it plugged in and turned on. These guys are wonderful.

Lifted a very heavy and cumbersome armoire up three flights of stairs in an old brownstone. Super appreciative of their hard work!
Denson and Edward were careful with moving our furniture into the house, with the help of my husband as it was over 200 lbs. Plus, there were a dozen steps to get to the house. First time using Luggs. You must download their app and entered a credit card on file before a move can be scheduled regardless what Homesense told you. I wasn't a fan of installing apps and was concern at first that there isn't a phone number and they use AI as an agent. But it was pretty straight forward and they texted me every step of way on the day of delivery and arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Price is fair. Highly recommend.
Alexis was very friendly and knowledgeable about moving a very old and large glass cabinet. We signed up for a single Lugger and a truck, and he was helped by my son. Alexis explained very well how to safely move the cabinet to avoid damage, so the move was successful. Thanks Alexis!
