They showed up early. The move out was much harder than I anticipated (getting the couch out of the basement). They were persistent and cheerful throughout. Really nice guys and very competent. On the delivery end, the guy who was supposed to come remove my apartment door for me was 15 minutes late, and the Lugg guys were patient and didn't get grumpy. I tipped them cash, BTW, in case you think I'm cheap. :)

I had an awesome experience w Lugg! The movers were here right at the beginning of the time frame and were super efficient. I was buying furniture from someone on Craigslist and they told me the movers were really nice guys too. This was way more affordable than hiring other moving companies. Thanks so much, definitely recommend!
First, Alfredo and Riley were awesome. An elliptical is not an easy thing to lift and move. They did it flawlessly! The overall process and pricing using Lugg was really good. A strong value, easy to use and good updates means I will definitely us Lugg whenever I need this kind of help. Randy
