These 2 gentlemen are amazing representatives of your company. They were extremely patient waiting for a miscommunication between store and warehouse to get resolved. Great communication throughout. They arrived EXACTLY on time, to the minute, on a Friday afternoon in the middle of rush hour. Then they carried 2 extremely heavy boxes up a narrow staircase in the heat, and still had smiles on their faces after all this. I will most definitely use them again, and I highly recommend these two gentlemen in particular. You will be highly recommended to all of my customers from here on out!

He went above and beyond. He noticed damage on my package before leaving the store, he went back in and had the business swap it for one that wasn't damaged. He communicated well, secured all the boxes and padded them.
The piece of furniture was not prepare for moving and they asked the store to wrap it properly for transportation.
The two men were very fast and professional. One suggestion to the company. Please share with the employees the details I provided. The address I typed into the app was a strip shopping mall so there was confusion about which store they were going to. The receipt I provided had the name of the store but the two men didn’t have that info. They called and I clarified so all went well after I gave them the name of the store.
He showed up right on time, was happy, polite and cheerful. He brought everything in and placed where I needed it. He also double checked my order with me. At the store, the tag said 6 boxes when I had, in fact, 7 boxes. Roderick took the initiative to check what I ordered (table and 4 chairs) and took all 7 boxes instead of leaving 1. He then double confirmed with me when dropping them off that we had it all correct. I live a good distance from the store, would have been a huge bummer to be missing 1 box. Thank you, Roderick - am very grateful for the service!

Amazing!! They worked so hard to get this done for me and I appreciate their help. They had to move furniture from the basement of a thrift store and then up again to the second level of a condo. This service ended up being more expensive than I realized but was work every penny for their efficiency and extra care. Will def be using this app again! Although, I hope next time the app is more accurate with the assumption of how long it will take.

They went above and beyond to move a bookcase up two flights with very low ceilings. They even went to the hardware store to purchase a tool that was needed to remove a pair of panels on order to angle the bookcase and get it up to the 2nd floor.
They knew how to set up my bed, were willing to wait while I called the store. Christian had a smile to die for and Joey was very helpful and professional. Amazing!!!

The lady at the furniture store recommended Lugg. She made the appointment for me. She said the appointment was for Thursday the second. But when my delivery window past I called the furniture Store and they apologized that the appointment was actually set for a week later. I was very disappointed. I could not find a phone number for Lugg, but I had downloaded the Lugg app and I noticed how easy it is to change your appointment time and date. So I looked for the soonest possible delivery and found the option for “today within one hour”! They were fast and efficient and super friendly. Once the drivers are on the way, then you can call and talk to them. Which I did, because I have a new address and wanted to make sure they found it. Sure enough google had them going to the wrong place and I was able to set it straight. I would not use anyone else! I recommend this company to everyone!
Alex and Onon were very efficient and professional. They we on time, I was informed every step of the way on delivery. The delivery went absolutely flawless. I would recommend having them deliver your product. Just make sure that when you do a store delivery you search the retailers name instead of just putting in their address. If you do not do this there is a chance of accidental higher charges. After talking to Dom in customer service all extra charges were resolved in a very timely manner. Thank you Lugg, Alex, Onon, and Dom for getting my new mattress to me!
