Our place is in the mtns and the roads were very slick. They couldn't come down our steep driveway cuz the Van would have never gotten out. They cheerfully carried the 4 sectional pieces 40yards from the top of the snow packed driveway. These guys were better than a moving company. This is our 2nd Lugg experience and both have exceeded expectations. - Pam

Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly. - Fernando
