Guadalupe worked smartly and efficiently. After seeing my load for donation he offered a second stop at the dump if my donation wasn't accepted. This saved me time and effort.
The movers were great. Your website however was misguiding. I wanted my one item donated or thrown away. I live out of state and am not familiar with the where to donate or discard items. Your website brought up a number of sites for donations and I picked the one closest to the moving site to reduce cost. The movers called me from the address that I had gotten from your website and there was a different business there. He had to do his own research to find an alternative. Needless to say, I had to add time and distance to my original bill. This is the second issue I have had with the company website. If only there were someone to talk to. The movers both times have been great.
Juan and Maylon were great! They carried some very heavy furniture and they did a good job communicating what was going on at the donation site. They were a huge help today!

I had what I thought was a simple situation for furniture donation drop off at Habitat for Humanity. Turns out they don’t accept bed frame (high quality wood) by itself. Diego was helpful in navigating the situation.
There was trash mixed in with the donation items. Driver called and we worked out a solution that was beneficial to everyone.
Really helpful in a pinch! I appreciate all the support they provided in trouble shooting when the donation location was closed.

The Goodwill that they originally went to was closed for donations, they communicated with me the entire time and went to another that was still open in another town. Wonderful guys!!

My first Lugg experience was great and will definitely use them again!

I had planned it out so that they could get my furniture to the donation center before it closed at 4, but they were not notified by lugg until late and arrived after my reservation window. They went above and beyond , and ended up trying different donation centers to no avail. In the end they had to bring the items back to my house.
