**Tip**: Our Pickup trucks include a tarp for light rain protection, but if the forecast calls for heavier rain, we recommend booking a covered truck, such as a Van, XL, or Box, for extra coverage.

Not every donation center accepts all items, we always reccomend calling ahead of time and confirming they are able to take your items. If the selected Desert Industries donation center cannot accept your items, your Luggers will contact you to coordinate another destination or return option. Standard rates apply for rerouting or additional stops.

**Tip**: Donation centers often reach capacity later in the day. To avoid delays or rejections, we recommend booking a morning arrival window and calling ahead to confirm that your location is still accepting donations.
