Jamel-Kylee and Isaac were super fast, efficient, friendly, over communicative, and knew exactly what they were doing (which helped so much as I was stressing about my move to begin with). They took care of my things and left the most minimal marks that could be removed with a simple wipe-down on my new furniture. Absolutely amazing and would do service with them again :-)
They brought my heavy mirror up to my apartment and helped me remove the bottom cardboard due to the weight! So helpful and kind.

They showed up early. The move out was much harder than I anticipated (getting the couch out of the basement). They were persistent and cheerful throughout. Really nice guys and very competent. On the delivery end, the guy who was supposed to come remove my apartment door for me was 15 minutes late, and the Lugg guys were patient and didn't get grumpy. I tipped them cash, BTW, in case you think I'm cheap. :)
They went above and beyond to move a bookcase up two flights with very low ceilings. They even went to the hardware store to purchase a tool that was needed to remove a pair of panels on order to angle the bookcase and get it up to the 2nd floor.
Cesar and Geoff helped me move a fire pit to Denver as well as move a small hot tub in my backyard. It usually takes four of us to remove the hot tub and they could easily do it with three of us. Solid luggers!
Onon and Anarad are fantastic!! They were kind and friendly and very professional. They went above and beyond to help us move a fridge from my house to my mom’s house. They moved the old fridge to the garage and put the new one in place and even helped my mom figure out how to hook up the water to the ice maker. They had to remove handles to get it through the door and it was quite a process to get it in place. They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and I’m so grateful we had their help. Please tip them well if you hire them! They absolutely deserve it for their impeccable customer service.
Woah! It would have taken me 2 days and 2 friends to do what Britton and Daren accomplished in about an hour. They took great care of my things, navigated a fire escape, helped me remove and then replace a tricky door, and didn’t mind my pesky pup barking through it all. What a smooth process. James and Onon were exceptional! My 85-year-old mother purchased a HEAVY butcher block kitchen island on a whim. They were so fast, we made them wait a few moments at her house before we arrived. They evaluated all the imperfections of the product at the point of pickup and sent us photos. They were beyond patient with her and put it where she requested. I wanted to give them a 5 star review, but the link sent was broken. Customer service was every bit as responsive, swift, and professional as the Luggers were. I would not hesitate to use this service again, as customer service seems to be a dying art. This is a classy operation.

Dakota and Alexandro were tremendous help hauling my household goods from the first floor to the forth and cross the other side of the building due to the elevator being down. They even assisted me with put my room together and living room. I couldn't ask for better help!
Ikea gave me a delivery window of 3:00-4:00, but Lugg didn’t show up until after 6:00. Ikea also told me that if I’m there to help unload, then I only need to order a single lugger. Turns out, that a single lugger only delivers to the porch, two luggers carry it inside. Cesar was great though, he ultimately helped me carry the couch inside

They not only performed above and beyond what I expected, but in my situation where there was an eviction in process, they were courteous with the tenants being evicted and followed my directions perfectly without me being present. They maintained great communication with me and remained flexible as the situation unfolded.
