Willie & Twaun were seriously the best movers I’ve ever worked with. We ran into some issues with the building elevators not operating properly and they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. I truly cannot recommend them enough. My move didn’t start exactly as planned, but by mid-afternoon the absolute dream team showed up and completely saved the day. The crew that arrived was friendly, efficient, calm, and professional. They handled everything with ease and turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free move. No attitude. No rushing. Just solid teamwork and great energy. I can’t recommend TJ and Lansana enough! They helped me with a last minute request and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They expertly moved an extremely heavy piece of furniture-easily over 300 lbs- up a flight of stairs, all while navigating snowy conditions. The crew was incredibly careful and professional throughout the entire process. I was truly impressed and left speechless by their dedication and skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
The movers were prompt, on time, professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole process very well even though there was a snowstorm (which I regret booking them during) but they were courteous, professional and all in all very good. Worked very well as a team which is very important as movers me being a mover in the past and all I respect what they do and would call on these two again anytime
