Yolando and Lamin were fantastic! They had to get a massive, very solid armoire into my kitchen. Our front hall is narrow and awkward and, after trying every which way, we went with plan B: take it through the backyard and haul it in through a side door that sits a good two feet above the ground. Throughout, Yolando and Lamin were consummate professionals. Their ability to calmly problem solve while carefully lugging a massive piece of furniture was second to none. I absolutely recommend them and will call Lugg for future moves!
Fabulous experience! Both Henry and Hussain were professional, courteous and really conscientious. They worked well together making sure they were both on the same page moving through obstacles like my sunken living room, kitchen island and my glass doorway with very bulky heavy load.
