Colin and Brandon showed up right on time, wearing masks and gloves (which I truly appreciated!) and lifted a very heavy grill into the back of their truck! The whole job from start to finish took only 30 mins and it cost less than 1/3 of any quote I got to move it from other local movers. They were awesome! I will be recommending Lugg to lots of people!
We purchased some couches from our local Macy’s. Daniel and Jesus brought them to our apartment building and we discovered that they would not fit through our staircase. They were both super determined to help us get our new furniture in and they absolutely went above and beyond by getting them in through our balcony. We could not be any more grateful. They got our furniture in and did more than what I would have expected from any delivery company. I absolutely recommend them for any difficult job or if you’re very picky! I am and they really went out of their way for us. Thank you so much!

Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!
They were ready to go when they got here. Loaded it up and moved it easily. They also called ahead to check on what they were moving and were funny and enjoyable to talk with. Definitely would recommend!
Both Ben and Justin were super patient with moving a really big and bulky item up stairs and trying different methods to get them in our guest room. The couch was extremely heavy and they didn’t give up. I appreciate how they worked together to make it happen.
Arrived at pick up location a little early. When we arrived at the drop off location, the room still had furniture in it. Claudio & Malic assisted in moving the old things out, as well as setting up all the moved items.
Both men were extremely helpful and got my bed moved FAST. Malic was great! Claudio seemed annoyed with me from the minute he arrived. 5 stars & a tip anyway because I know this isn't an easy job — moving is HARD work, (which is why I needed help as a single woman who doesn't own a truck/van and needed extra strong arms!). BUT would've been nice if on an already stressful move day, Claudio could've found a way to be at least a hint kinder. Refused to greet me with a handshake, had an unfriendly demeanor the whole hour we were together. Nonetheless, maybe he was having a tough day / week / month & I can empathize. Malic was kind, understanding, helpful, proactive throughout the entire interaction. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP TODAY!!! APPRECIATE YOU BOTH!!!
Lencol & Brandon really saved us. Moving from a second story apartment to a 3 bedroom condo would have been impossible. I was worried about using this app to hire assistance but they squashed that right away. They cared for each item and asked us details for where to put each item. All intact. In 92 degree heat. These guys are pros. I'll recommend this app to anyone who will listen.
They did great! So appreciative the efficiency of the mover team bringing an extremely heavy vanity to our upstairs bathroom. Will use again in the future for moving heavy items.

It was a very rainy day, and the guys wrapped the mattresses so they wouldn't get all wet. They were careful with my household items, since the work area was cluttered. They used moving pads to avoid any scratches or damage. Even though the move was just a few blocks, they strapped everything, making sure the items wouldn't move around. They even helped putting the mattresses in place. Very good communication and very professional.
These guys were amazing. We had a complicated and unique move involving removing heavy pieces of furniture from a large yacht at the end of a very long dock and up a very, steep ramp, multiple times. Many companies wouldn’t take on such a task or would charge us too much to make it feasible. Ramon and Jose didn’t even mention the numerous challenges with our move. They were careful, professional, courteous, flexible with their time, and we couldn’t have done this without them. We highly recommend hiring them and when we need help in the future, we know who to call.
