Shawn and Savon excelled in EVERY way. They are smart, efficient and pleasant. Their job was to remove my old loveseats and some other things to make room for my new IKEA sectional. This wasn’t an easy job because our small street was one of the streets that was being repaved with lots of construction equipment blocking access. Plus, the legs of the loveseats had to be removed to fit (barely) through the door of our house. Nevertheless, these gentlemen were calm and efficient throughout. They went to work immediately and accomplished the task quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again and can recommend them without hesitation.
These guys were the best. They removed the machine from the pallet and moved it into our shed. They were fast and very friendly. No damage to property what so ever. They really helped me out of a tough spot moving a 300 pound elliptical. Outstanding experience

The seller told me these guys were awesome to work with and they were just as great on the dropoff side too. They brought tools which was great because the piece I bought needed to be slightly dismantled to transport. Great experience.
Jonas and Petr‘s are great! They moved some very heavy and also some very delicate items. Everything was done with extreme care. Not one thing got scratched. They knew exactly what to do. It was not an easy move. They had to move things from a condo with narrow hallways and small elevators into a house that was under construction. Even though they had to move things through scaffolding and up and down a spiral staircase, they did it perfectly, all with great energy. Professional. Polite. Just a great experience!
Thanks! Stephen & Adamm moved & dismantled an old piece of furniture to make room for the new one, which I didn't warn them of ahead of time. But having them do that made our lives so much easier. Thanks, guys!

The two of this team were great. Lugg, however, was disappointing for making them work overtime. They understandably left the situation when they did not feel comfortable with the job, and were not told of in advance what it would entail. A second team is on their way to help me take the items up the stairs.
This was my first experience with Lugg and Ryan & Lamaire were amazing. There is no way I would have been able to fit my new 350lb+ 8ft tall RH Cabinet into my condo without them. Not only did they show up quickly and handle the bulky cabinet & its glass doors with great care, but they didn't even complain once about having to strategically maneuver it up 4 flights of narrow stairs and multiple hallways on a hot day since it couldn't fit in the service elevator. Ryan & Lamaire were incredibly professional, super helpful & kind. They make a great team that I would highly recommend for any delivery. I will definitely use Lugg again in the future...hopefully with smaller items that will fit in the elevator. ;) - G, Philly (Old City)
These 2 young men Vernon and Sufyaan were professional, timely and knowledgeable! They were also very polite, they went above and beyond. They did several attempts to bring the sofa into my house, they would not give up until the solution was solved. They placed everything where it needed to go and handle each item with care! I salute these gentleman, they are the best 😊!!

Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Yoandris and Mike are so helpful. They pack and move things very fast without breaking any tiny part. They used there own tools and covers which are extremely professional. I am a single mother living with my mom and daughter. I can believe moving so many furniture without there help. BTW, the Van they drive was larger than I thought. It has enough space for my one bedroom, including three beds (queen, twin, and a kid beds), small sofa, two tables, some chairs, and some boxes.
