By the time they were assigned to pick us up, we were kind of tight on time but they really hustled to make sure we would make it before the store closed! Really appreciate it.
I didn’t realize the HomeGoods store opened at 9:30 and I chose the 9 to 10 time slot for pick up. But they were kind, and communicated with me, and still came at the time slot that I picked. What a wonderful service and really terrific gentlemen.
They did receive a tip. They were amazing. There were issues at the pick up not of their or the store’s fault but they handled and let me know at each step. Thank you for having them do the job.
Seamless process. They got the store to stay open longer so they could make the pickup which was amazing.
Used them to move a piece of furniture that I just bought from an antique store. They were careful with each piece and still were very efficient. Would use them again!
Sendes and Perri were wonderful and so efficient! They showed up at the store in less than 10 minutes and carried it inside our apt in no time. I can’t believe I didn’t know about lugg before, it made it so easy. Highly recommend!

They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient, handling everything with care and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable movers!
There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!
Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!
Absolutely smooth sailing. Walked into the store not knowing we would be leaving with a couch and the lugg movers came so fast and we're so quick to deliver our new couch. Highly recommend :)
Edgar called me from the frame store when there were only 2 pieces to pick up instead of the 3 expected. He allowed me to talk to the owner and confirm that only 2 were ready to pick up. Saved me time and trouble by being proactive and paying attention to the instructions on my order! Thank you!
He helped me move my queen mattress to the store for my return and got it done. I think he was a little slow (26 mins) to drop off the item. I had told him to drop it off at the parking lot or sidewalk.

The store forgot one of my items, and they went back to pick it up. They also dissembled one of the pieces of furnitures so it would fit through the door.
Very professional friendly and responsible, I had a tricky order because some things weren’t available at the store but they called to confirm they had everything I was expecting.. they went above and beyond!! I’m very happy I’d recommend this team any day!!!
They were very communicative prior to leaving the store - making sure they had all my purchased items. They were respectful of my house and careful with walls and doorways. Great guys!

Jean and Brittany were great! They helped me move a large art piece. The store holding the art didn’t provide any protective wrap, so Jean and Brittany provided their own to avoid damage and brought it wrapped and protected up to my apartment - 4th floor walkup. Thanks for all your help!
Jason was great! He arrived as scheduled and was very pleasant and personable. I would also like to add how strong he was… as he was able to lift and carry some extremely heavy boxes on his own, that took 2 people to lift at the store (when we purchased the items).
I actually didn’t get my delivery, but this was because of IKEA, which lost my cart and by the time they recollected the items, it was too late for Barry and Andrey to get to my place. Still, they deserve 5 stars for waiting more than 2 hours at the store, hoping IKEA could find a solution sooner. Thank you for your patience!
Got the items before expected and they even made sure I got all of my items after the store made a mistake with the total number of boxes - these guys were just great!
The IKEA store closed at 9 but they still get it done on time. Huge thanks for them to deliver my mattress and bed so that I don’t need to sleep on the floor any more!
Just two good dudes! They were incredibly speedy and they gave me a ton of updates via text message. They were really awesome with the pick up. They wrapped my marble table extra special and made sure it was safe for transport. Upon delivery, they were nice, kind, & polite when they arrived at my apartment. They also laid it down very gently and advised me on how to store it until we could set it up. They told me what kind of tool I would need in order to assemble it since the previous owner had disassembled for transportation. Not only that, they seemed to be in generally good spirits, good moods, and seemed like nice guys. Awesome experience.
