These guys were awesome! Horrible traffic, miscommunication on the location for pick up, which was my fault, and just a weird overall start with a different driver, Matius and Naheam came through. Driving across town in 5pm traffic. They arrived as they said they would. These two guys arrived with a beautifully packed mirror not a scratch on it, they were respectful they were kind they were professional, and I could not have asked for better.

These guys were definitely pros! They knew exactly what to do and picked up my furniture from Home Goods for me. I really didn’t even need to be there for them to pick up my items. They worked well together and got the items in my home carefully and professionally. They even taught me how to move them in the future if I need to. Very friendly gentleman! Highly recommend!
These guys were great. I recently had a hip surgery so can’t move anything. They did a pick up and drop off to me of a mattress and did some light assembly. Super decent people! Grateful for Lugg.com and these movers!
They were timely and had great communication! They helped me pick up a great marketplace find and brought it back to my place. I couldn’t have done it without their help!
The BEST! Their communication was awesome. They called when they were on their way to pick up my special item, called when they had it and even when they were on their way. My item was awkward, heavy and special! A Volkswagen bus bar! They carefully wrapped it in a blanket, and then a clear Stretchy material to keep it protected. The first part of the bar would not fit through the front door. So they had to carry it around to the back of the house and they did it with a smile. They even had to move other furniture in the house to get it into the house & to the room where we wanted it. They were very patient and allowed me to attach sticky felt foot pads on the bottom of the legs…all 8 of them. They moved it exactly where we wanted. These two were above & beyond! Thank you!
