Communicating with the customer to make sure the delivery happened correctly and filling in the cracks where the LUGG.com web site system/process failed. Thank god these guys were good because the Lugg automated system, itself, needs a ton of work and I plan on writing a detailed review of the Lugg.com system and where it failed. I hope Lugg.com takes my notes seriously and makes needed improvements to their computerized process. - Kathy
