They moved a very heavy, bulky cocktail table out of the house for me. Anyone else would have said it was too heavy and left it, but they figured out a way and got it done. When the donation center wouldn’t take my couches, they had no problem going to another center. Thanks so much for your hard work.
Andrea and Cesar are awesome! They were very professional and approachable. They made quick work of the items we were donating to a local charity. They helped us moving large articles of furniture. On the delivery end, they helped someone in need with a comfortable bed to sleep on in the near future. Many thanks!

Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly.
the guys were great. I didn't see that I would be texted when they are in Route to the pick up. I was there at the scheduled time at 11-12 and the actual pickup was not until 12:30 ( understandable - they were held up at another Lugg. )
They handled an issue at the pick up location well and made sure everything was okay once they arrived at the delivery location. Both men were personable and efficient.
I was unable to meet them at the pick up yet they managed to navigate facility and get items loaded. Great communication / coordination.
Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again!
Andrea was great in calling to let me she they had arrived at the pick-up location, and she was so polite when I asked her if she minded going into the hotel lobby to pick up our package. Just very very courteous and friendly and helpful.

Great work from the individuals who delivered the bed and set up. Complete joke on Lugg for missing delivery time twice in 2 days time and rerouting my own scheduled pick up hours later after notifications that it’s on way!
I was very happy with their service. It started raining hard (flash flood watch) just as they came to pick up the furniture. They were totally unfazed despite the inconvenience. I would hire them again for sure. They were polite and efficient. They communicated on their way, they came on time.
They were on time as they advised of their travel to pick up the furniture and and the time they would arrive at my home. They kept us informed, they handled our furniture with care.
They were very friendly. Our item was heavier than I realized, when they arrived they asked us to request extra guys, which would have involved waiting for more guys to drive from Denver. They were able to complete the job with my husband’s help. The only thing I would change is: I think could have called us from the pick up to notify us then that more guys were needed.
They moved a queen mattress, box spring and bed frame foe us. All arrived safely. They were very friendly, timely, arrived at pick up on the early part of the 1-hour window. Treated our stuff and walls carefully, Great father & son duo. Thanks guys!!!
Guys were great! No improvements needed on their service. Pick up location did not have all pieces together so glass shelves were not delivered but this was NOT their fault! Would use again in a heartbeat
Amazing experience but mattress firm left the frame off the order! So we will be calling again!:) Also we need to pick up some items from ikea in Denver today. We will be arranging soon! Thank you!

James and Onon were exceptional! My 85-year-old mother purchased a HEAVY butcher block kitchen island on a whim. They were so fast, we made them wait a few moments at her house before we arrived. They evaluated all the imperfections of the product at the point of pickup and sent us photos. They were beyond patient with her and put it where she requested. I wanted to give them a 5 star review, but the link sent was broken. Customer service was every bit as responsive, swift, and professional as the Luggers were. I would not hesitate to use this service again, as customer service seems to be a dying art. This is a classy operation.
