My Luggers were able to work with a tricky street paving situation, nimbly communicating with me and each other to get to the pick up spot they handled the item to be moved with care and got it into the house with no problem at all. I will continue to use Lugg— it is the only way to get your Facebook marketplace furniture purchases into your house, unless you’ve got two strong guys in your household!

This is my 2nd time having Calvin and Muhammad. They're absolutely wonderful. I bought a dresser off FB marketplace, and I met them at the pickup since I had to pay the seller. They were all packed up and leaving before the Uber I booked was even finished assigning a driver. I arrived home about 4-5 minutes after they arrived, and they were already finished! If you're worried about the additional per minute cost, with Calvin and Muhammad, you don't have to. I don't know if their alter egos are something similar to The Flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. One minute, everything is normal, next minute, there's a dresser in the living room. THANKS GUYS!

Alexis was excellent because he came to my rescue when the original lugger fell through, I’m guessing. Lugg called him on his day off and he still came to help. This was my first time using the app and I wasn’t pleased with the timing because they came 3 hours after my originally scheduled time; however, that was of no fault of Alexis! Lugg also gave me a $10 credit towards this service to help. Not sure if this is a usual occurrence or not, but Alexis was excellent. Helped me put my furniture back together too!

(At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.
