This was my first time using Lugg, but I am very impressed! Raymar and Dierre were super friendly and worked very efficiently to move some office furniture that I recently purchased. The seller even complimented their team work during pick-up. I was stressing myself out trying to figure out a way to get this stuff moved, but Lugg made the process super simple and very cost friendly!

Michael and Emmanuel seriously went above and beyond. They both introduced themselves, advised on the setup, and went out of their way to deliver my HEAVY stainless steel table up to my condo. I’ve never had such incredible, thorough, and friendly customer service from movers. Felt more like friends delivering my table. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!
First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
Kendy and Roland did an amazing job! They’re the best movers Lugg has to offer in DC. They got my chair to me and up multiple stairs with no issues or complications. Would recommend them for any job with Lugg!!

Truly one of the hardest moves of a couch that just didn’t want to for and these two didn’t give up!! I thought I’d have to return the couch but they were expert movers and with some grit and skill (and a little luck) they made it work. Thank you Jahlil and Alex!!!
