Antonio and Ryan were expert movers. They handled our antique furniture with extreme care and were so friendly and considerate. They went above and beyond while being efficient.
Where do I start? Rocky and Gloria filled in for a trip that had been cancelled by another crew. They made our day. Friendly, super careful with our things. Getting 3 antique dressers up a narrow staircase wasn't an easy task! And: both would make any bodybuilder pale in comparison! Gloria takes the title for strongest woman ever! Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Picked up a FB Marketplace find from Fishtown to my apartment in University City. The moved a large piece of furniture down a super narrow hall with ease. And they were lovely! Would book them again in a heartbeat!
Eileen and Westley did a superb job moving the island I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were very careful when bringing the enormous piece into my home.
Bashaar and Ryan were super professional and creative when coordinating my Facebook Marketplace order of a super heavy marble table. Highly recommend!!
The guys were great! Very communicative and conscientious, when moving the furniture in place. Would highly recommend. 
Furniture was brought into the house and placed exactly where I requested it. Care was made not to damage Furniture or things in the house.
These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.
This is the second time we’ve used Lugg to deliver our furniture from the store in Rehoboth to our home in Bethany. They are so nice and professional and also very careful with our new furniture. We will definitely use them again. (We tipped in person).
They were good, and I would use LUGG AND them again. Only suggestion, booties (I covered rugs) and although no rain I would suggest covering furniture on transport. Thank you for the very good team, and LUGG in general. I did give them a cash tip, and also appreciate the same charge for two since I asked for one. Thanks again.

I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier.
Eileen and Nygee were great! Eileen figured out how to get furniture into my basement despite my very small doorways. However, I’m not happy with Lugg’s system of assigning Luggers. If you tell customers that they’re “booking” a one hour delivery period, you should be able to deliver within that window or close to it. I waited in an empty house for four and a half hours without any useful information from Lugg. An hour after the time period that I booked had passed, I contacted Lugg customer service on line, and waited 49 minutes (after being greeted by a bot who said she’d put a representative on the line) before receiving a message that my Luggers were on the way to pick up my delivery. (They were a half hour away from the pickup location.). Despite the pleasant efficiency of Eileen and Nygee, I doubt I’ll use Lugg again.

They were able to carry the very large piece of furniture up my three flights of stairs, despite the somewhat narrow and semi complicated configurations they had to maneuver. They were very communicative with one another, and the move itself took no time

Jahi and Jonas brought my recliner up a very tight stairwell with ease! They went above and beyond with telling me about their junk removal service and even offering to help me move a piece of furniture I had on the porch. I had a great first experience using Lugg!
