Recology pickup in Warwick, RI

Theses two guys were polite professional and got the job done (which was starting to look impossible.) I was really concerned when I got home and started thinking about if it would fit through the doors and up the stairs. They were as careful as could be but one corner of the couch got a little bit dirty BUT I don’t hold them responsible because I was expecting much worse and I was able to get it cleaned up. I tried making things as easy as possible for them by taking the doors off and I had to remove the light fixture at the top of the stairs in order for it to fit through the doorway to the apartment. I gave them both a cash tip and sent them on their merry way!

Very professional on time remove packing materials protecting furniture from damage. Overall, excellent service will use again and refer to friends and family.

Made sure to set up both pieces of furniture and move them around to where we wanted them! Also offered to remove shoes at the door. Very polite.

They were courteous, in time, and placed the items as requested, unwrapped them, and removed the waste.

Got there early. They were helpful putting the rugs in the rooms and not just dumping them in the garage as other movers do. They were exceptionally pleasant. I love this service!

Agustin and Hussain were professional, careful, and thoughtful throughout the pickup and delivery. My furniture was delivered carefully wrapped and carried into the room and space I requested. Both men were friendly and did their best to place the furniture exactly without damage to the furniture, the floors or surroundings. Would highly recommend this team from Lugg!

Many thanks to Roberto and Ricardo. They are skillful movers and cheerful, too. Pickup went smoothly. Dropoff at Goodwill hit a snag, but was resolved with help from Roberto and Ricardo. (At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.

Clifton and Steven were absolutely fantastic. They let us know when they were on the way to us from our pickup place, and were right on time. They were friendly and very nice, got our furniture through the garage and up the stairs and placed exactly where we wanted it. Thank you so much! We were very pleased with our delivery.

This is my 2nd time having Calvin and Muhammad. They're absolutely wonderful. I bought a dresser off FB marketplace, and I met them at the pickup since I had to pay the seller. They were all packed up and leaving before the Uber I booked was even finished assigning a driver. I arrived home about 4-5 minutes after they arrived, and they were already finished! If you're worried about the additional per minute cost, with Calvin and Muhammad, you don't have to. I don't know if their alter egos are something similar to The Flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. One minute, everything is normal, next minute, there's a dresser in the living room. THANKS GUYS!
