Super friendly and careful. I was not present at pick-up and the nursery employees were very happy with how careful Jose and Carlos handled the 6’ trees! They were very light 10lbs each, but easily damaged. Awesome help.
Carried a very heavy potted plant up 3 flights of stairs and delivered it in good shape from the nursery!
They wrapped and blanketed the furniture so it was protected from any damage. Did a great job helping us to unload and place it in the right spot in the nursery! Highly recommend these guys. On time, professional and great communication.
Tony was great! He called me letting me know that the tree he was picking up from the nursery had a few broken branches. He sent photos and I realized that it wasn’t the correct tree. He spoke with the manager and she realized they gave the incorrect tree. Thanks Tony for checking in and helping sort it out and getting the right item onto the truck and delivered!
Fernando and Aarón were super ! It was a really a difficult move of a very heavy jade plant they saved the day figuring out the safest way to transport and there was no damage Not at all an easy job at all but their persistence got the it done! thank you so much !
Diego and Randdy were great at helping me move a van load of items, including a couple heavy plants. They helped me carry the heavy plant down a rough flight of stairs. They were friendly, helpful, and I would definitely recommend!

Diego and Andreia are wonderfully helpful. They moved a big pickup full of plants in large pots that I could’ve never moved by myself. They created efficiencies to move everything more quickly. They took great care of the plants. They dealt with spiderwebs, dirt, leaves, and pollen on these outdoor plants. They are both strong and willing to get the job done quickly. They also helped me move boxes at my destination. I highly recommend this team!

These two young guys were totally awesome!! They arrived to the pick up location promptly, got all the planter pots to my house, then helped lifted all the heavy plants into all those pots. This is the reason why Lugg is my go to app for help.

Carlos was very helpful to put the Christmas tree up in the house and placing the trees and bird of paradise in the back yard. He then also helped us by moving around some of our large potted plants to make it look right again after adding the bird of paradise.

What ended up being the hottest week of the year, they moved our apartment SO fast, and we’re just absolutely thrilled we got matched with them. Humberto and Abraham were excellent. They showed up early and were clean, efficient, careful and kind. I didn’t know what to expect from Lugg - and was pleasantly surprised. They moved a heavy dresser and side table set, dining room table with eight chairs, and some living room furniture. They even moved house plants. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved quickly. If all of their movers are as good then this is a great service. Even my Mother-in-Law (who expects a lot) was impressed “They are very good I must say”. My Father-in-Law couldn’t believe such a service existed and had nothing but good things to say. Thanks Guys!
Darbin and Santiago figured out a way to pack a sprinter fan with 3 piece sectional couch, cal king mattress, bedframe, 4 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, 6 x 6ft long plants, rolling chair, 6 ft decorative house plant….then expertly maneuvered these items into my 2 BR apartment that was on the second floor. Along with their friendly service, they are seriously lowering my stress level during a stressful move. Thank you so much!
