The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody.
Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!
They were fantastic! Showed up on time, took the item and drove to the next destination. They delivered the item with care at the destination address and even removed the old mattress as well for us. Top notch!
Very kind and respectful of us and our house. Removed old mattress and installed our new mattress. They took away all packing material as well.
The boys got there at the appointed time. Took them no time at all to bring in the mattress, remove the plastic and place on our box springs. Thanks guys!

We were told our movers would have a dolly and whatever tools we need, and when they arrived this turned out not to be the case. We made it work, I’m just not sure where this miscommunication came from.
I am convinced that David and Raven are super heroes! Miracle workers, definitely. Moving our king size bed and couch was something I dreaded thinking about moving and other items, a dresser, a chair and foldable desk were all handles with care by these two. If you are lucky enough to have their help with your move you will feel relieved to have such strong, caring, gentle helpers! They finished our move in record time as well. I had plenty of time to do what I needed to do before I had to leave again!
Very careful & placed items exactly where I told them. I was surprised that the bill was a lot more than my estimate when I booked online & not sure why. I tipped them in cash
The two gentlemen picked up and arrived at the donation drop off location only to be told the donation couldn’t be accepted but were told to go to another location 10 minutes away. They offered to deliver it out of the kindness of their hearts.

Michael and Brandon were great and efficient. They safely moved the majority of my items. Lugg support and systems however are so bad I’m left with a small amount of stuff in my old unit. Lugg wouldn’t let them pick up the rest so I have to schedule and wait for another lugg to commute 30+ minutes to my location when they were already here and willing to do it. A huge waste of time for everyone involved.

RC called me well before the delivery window to let me know he was on his way to pick up my load and told me that when he picked it up he would let me know he was on his way here. He kept me informed all throughout the process and was very polite and accommodating during the delivery. Seems like a very nice guy.

I would hire these gentlemen again anytime. I would also hire Lugg again anytime. It's hard for me to admit that I'm getting older, but as I do I depend on others more often to help me with some of the tougher jobs. And I would definitely trust Lugg to help me in the future, and I can almost assure you they will be hearing from me soon 100%!

There was a mixup with a delivery order (not Rich’s fault) and he stayed around over 30 minutes while I was on hold with customer service to make sure he could help make things right. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond.
Angel & Austin were very efficient, careful with our electric bed and very friendly .. and went out of their way to get old bed moved out and move in new bed . We will definitely use and recommend Lugg again !
