They were quick and clear and friendly. One thing I would suggest that the company do: make it clear, for junk removal, that the Luggers will pay the fee and then have it added to the customer's bill. I had assumed I'd have to drive to the dump as well so as to pay the fee!

It was our first time using Lugg so we were apprehensive about random people just hauling our stuff for us, but K & R were super friendly and honest about the process while being very efficient loading and unloading. They also made sure they were careful with our furniture. It was convenient and definitely saved us the trouble of finding a truck to haul ourselves. Thank you!
They arrived on time - kept us informed along the way and delivered the furniture in our upstairs bedroom. Furniture was heavy they did a great job of hauling it upstairs! I will hire them again.
Alex and Anthony came the rescue when we had a family emergency and needed to move my mom into assisted living. I booked them only 12 hours in advance. They arrived early and got started quickly. There was a lot of chaos in the apartment and they handled it graciously and adapted to the situation including being able to stay longer than scheduled and to add a dump run at the end. I would highly recommend both Alex and Anthony as well as Lugg. I’ll be using Lugg in the future too!
Wasn’t able to track them after they left here but on tracking app it says “unloaded”. Fyi…I was told I couldn’t book the 3 steps in one booking (p/up, delivery/dump old bbq) that it had to be 2 separate bookings….1 to have p/up-delivery and 2 to p/up old and take to dump. Alex said why didn’t you just have the delivery guys take old one to dump? My question exactly!!
Great team, nice guys, and loaded the truck so that they didn’t need to make a separate trip, which I was very thankful for. They made a second trip to the dump and kept me posted throughout. Great work!
Very professional. Arrived on time. Had packing supplies. Did not cause any damage to door etc. Took my couch to the dump.
Very considerate, friendly and were helpful in taking the large amount of cardboard wrapping to the dumpster. I would request these two again if the need arises.

They picked up some items for donation and they were the final items in my home as I was moving out. When Goodwill did not take one of my items they messaged me to let me know they would take the item to the dump for me. They were very efficient and helpful.
Leandro and Joaquin were fantastic. They wore the masks I requested without complaint (and it’s hot today,) moved fast, and offered us alternatives to what we were hoping for but couldn’t get done that evening (through no fault of theirs-the dump was closed.) Really impressed.
In the words of my husband, “Mansour was awesome. He was polite, helpful and friendly. It felt like having a friend help with moving.” He was our main Lugger because we only needed one person to help at the storage unit. Dara helped load some stuff to go to the dump when we realized not everything fit our Uhaul. Everything worked out today with their assistance.

Chad and Royce were terrific in taking care of the jobs that I needed accomplished: unloading a delivery of flooring and taking some items to the dump. Friendly, fast, and efficient with a great attitude.
The ONLY way I survived a recent move from hell was with Julio’s help. I had a ton (probably several tons) to move to my house, my storage unit, Goodwill, and the dump. He took the time to help me strategize what should go where and my storage unit is a thing of beauty. Ok, both my storage units are.
Miguel was a really good leader on this helping. Leonard should work more proactively :) Thanks for the help.
Super hard worker - friendly and efficient. Able to haul a whole pallet of mulch in his truck - would have been impossible for us to do. Awesome lugger- our favorite! Thankful he was assigned to us again.
