I am extremely impressed and surprised by how easy it was to set up a move with Lugg and how friendly Angel and Jose were. My lugg was a simple job - pick up and deliver a loveseat sofa from a local store. But they made sure I knew about the existing damage (which I did) and sent me photos. They carefully wrapped and unwrapped the sofa to prevent any more damage in transit. The Lugg app is fantastic as you can add photos of what you want moved with addl notes. Then you can track the delivery in real time. Will use again!
The movers and experience was amazing- It’s worth the slight extra cost to not have to hassle with a van rental and all the lifting and hauling ourselves. From the time I searched availability on the app to the moment the delivery arrived was only 4hours! There was a team local to pick-up destination ready to go so it was so quick! I will definitely use LUGG again!
Careful, willing to help doing stuff other than just moving, strong, had nice truck for local move but I didn't need it.
They moved a big piece of furniture from my home to my new office .Then moved my old office stuff to the new office at same address . They were great; very respectful, as I am a therapist, and we all had to be quiet at the new locale as sessions were ongoing .

They were wonderful, lugg support , email receives only 1 Star . I requested detailed help in email extremely early , several hrs prior to arrival at 11 am . As I wanted Photos hung , wind chimes hung , less than 1 lb . They refused as NotPassed onto them . ? Why Did Not my Email withfurther simple request get shared ? Or I would have hired local handy man . They warned me good will Closed so Never Delivered My Large Chair . :( sitting in front of my garage on Main busy Lombard St ., until I’m able to contact ecology . They knew it but YourSite choose Not to warm me . So definitely only spent 30 mins tops here . Emmanuels First day , did most of physical work , easier for him , as younger . I’ve used lugg before , gave me time on app to enter specific needs , instructions ... this time Not So . Thus sent email but they stated Never got . Also , previously , I’ve always received Lugers phon number so I could Text or calll them directly . Due to extremely Poor , zero communication w lyft , I request a coupon of 20.00 from this order or next .. if I do Return . Why can’t they hang photos , if I have all the Tools ? Both of these gentlemen were very thoughtful and polite. They made sure this very heavy furniture was wrapped properly and removed from the home with a great deal of care. They brought all of the necessary equipment to accommodate the move. Upon arriving at the destination, they again surveyed the path and used extra caution to place the furniture exactly where it was going to be. They are a very good team and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an alternative to costly moving and storage companies. Good for local moves and availability that worked for my schedule.
These guys are top notch! They really helped us with a number of different tasks and also took an extra trip to drop off our donations at a local church when the Goodwill facility was closed for remodeling and not accepting donations.
The drivers were great. However, this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with Lugg. I'm surprised that Lugg doesn't provide any instructions on how donations work for the drivers or the customers. I would expect that the drivers would have a list of local places that accept donations, and a protocol for what to do if the donated items are rejected. This process took hours and a lot of calls and text messages with the drivers. I was asked for a backup plan if the donation site didn't accept the items and was surprised that Lugg didn't have this figured out in advance. Then I was asked to contact Lugg support and request a change to my order from donation to dump run. I emailed support, got no response, and the driver didn't get a response either. It's wonderful to have a truck available on demand, but either Lugg needs to have clearly defined procedures for handling donations, or the app needs to make it clear to the customers that they are responsible for making all arrangements including a backup plan if donated items are rejected.
We had an AAA+++ experience our first time with Lugg! Our two wonderful movers came right on time and worked quickly to get a heavy sofa down many stairs and into their truck. They took the sofa to our local "dump " saving us so much time. They were friendly and courteous 👍👍👍

Booking this was so easy and much less stressful than having to call multiple local moving companies to get told that they were booked or had a minimum person and hour price. Roger and Rammy were right on time and had everything they needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently (moving pads, dollies, etc). They took great care of my things and even took the time to place the boxes and things I had labeled in the rooms they were meant to go in (bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc). The move lasted about 2 hours and was one of the easiest moves I've ever had. Both men were friendly and personable and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks to all for a great, easy move.
Great guys. Did a great job. Only complaint with the price we thought we weren't a shared delivery and they showed up later than expected. It should be cheaper if we share with other locals from the same pick up location.
