My entire experience on this office move with Lugg on July 26, 2023, and setting it up including scheduling, was, as it was when I used Lugg a couple of years ago to move into my then-current office from which I moved yesterday to a new office, absolutely 10 stars out of 10, truly exceptional and absolutely worth the money. The communication by various key members by email with me as to setting it up, and in order to have to change it at the last minute, and the two gentlemen, Juliano and Santiago, who did my move on July 26, were great guys to work with, very professional and focused and efficient, and they got my furniture out of my then-current office and into my new office in what I consider to be record time, very smoothly and, again, professionally. It was the most pleasant move I can think of other than the office move I did before with Lugg several years ago which was equally excellent. The entire Lugg online system, and professionalism of these gentlemen, and the extremely reasonable price, are the reasons for my most enthusiastic recommendation the use Lugg for any move. It is a great system in every way, and the way that Lugg has come to, in my view, totally reinvent and productively change the moving industry is commendable and really cool to boot! - Bruce
