We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

The best dynamic duo there is! I was fortunate enough to be blessed with their delivery for a second time on the same day lol. They brought my ikea delivery even through the snowy conditions. Leo and Viktoriya are extremely knowledgeable on their service and was able to deliver the furniture with no damages on any areas of the house. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Had these guys handle two jobs in the same day. Both jobs were done perfectly. Darth’s moving knowledge was fantastic, and both of them were friendly, respectful, and honestly committed to understanding and doing what I needed. Great job guys! Made my first Lugg experience an outstanding one.

Geoffrey and Joseph were the most professional and kind movers. When they picked up the furniture, they texted right away to let me know there was some damage. I informed them I was aware of it already but thought it was so conscientious of them to inform me before leaving the pick up spot. Once at our home, they carried heavy sofa up several stairs and were so careful not to touch walls. I can't say enough nice things about these two guys. Highly recommend them and Lugg. This is my third time using service and it's been wonderful each time.

We choose the same day delivery. William picked up furniture from IKEA and delivered at my home on time. The furniture is protected very carefully. The package is perfect. William nicely helped me moved the mattress on the second floor. The overall service is very satisfied.
